School Fees Rules
Please follow the given rules while submitting the fees of your child.
- The amount of fees once submitted, shall not be refunded.
- U.K.G. to X class fee will be deposited in four installments in the bank.
- L.K.G. fee will be deposited in the bank in three installments.
- The name of the child shall be stroked off from the class records if the fees remain unpaid of more than one installment. If a re-admission is allowed, then the parents are expected to clear all the previous dues first.
- The Fee Book is a compulsion while depositing the fees in the bank. In case the previous one is lost, a new one will be issued for a charge of Rs.10.
- The charge for issuing of a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) is Rs.50.
- The fees can be paid at the Canara Bank, Gurugram on the designated days between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- If there is a bank holiday on the 10th of a month, then, the fees can be submitted on the next working day.
- As mentioned above, the fee should be deposited by the 10th of the payment month. In case the fees is not paid in the allowed duration, it will be accepted between 8 and 10 of the next month, with a compulsory fine of Rs.50. After that, the fee should be submitted with the next installment with a fine of Rs.150, between 1st and 10th of next quarter. This, too, with written permission from the Principal only.
- Parents are urged to fill the Fee Challan carefully – Name, Section, Amount etcetera. You are allowed to pay the fee of more than one installment at a time
- The last or 4th installment shall not be accepted after 10th January. In case of the violation of this rule, the child will not be allowed to appear for the final exam.
