The UNNAT - 2023

The UNNAT – 2023 Inter School Competition at Laburnum Public School was a vibrant display of talent and unity among students from various schools. The event kicked off with an impressive inauguration and a warm welcome of Chairman Shri Anil Pandit Ji, Chief Guest, Shri N. M. Bhatia, Guest of Honour Shri Shyam Raghav and the esteemed judges Ms. Aakansha Datta , Ms. Sapna Walecha, Ms. Namita and Mr. Dharambir, followed by five competitions for students of Classes UKG to X. Offline events included Techno Debate and Rhyming Trail, while online contests featured creative themes. The highlight was the dynamic Techno Debate on AI’s impact and the creative Rhyming Trail for UKG. A soulful Qawwali performance and prize distribution added cultural richness to the event. The event closed with an energetic dance and a gracious vote of thanks from Principal, Dr. Bhavna Chibber emphasizing collaboration and growth. The day celebrated skill, diversity, and healthy competition.

DARPAN 2.0

LaburnumPublic School organized “DARPAN 2.0,” a holistic social, cultural, emotional, and learning program for parents and students. The parent orientation event focused on building a strong and inclusive school community, fostering open communication and understanding. The School Chairman, Shri Anil Pandit Ji, was overwhelmed by the students’ performances and stated that they had smartly carved a niche for themselves. He added that students should not only receive an excellent education but also be instilled with strong morals and values to effectively serve their nation. Parents gained valuable insights into the school’s approach and strategies, while students showcased their talents in entertaining performances. The initiative emphasized the significance of NCF and NEP in shaping future generations, leaving a positive impact on all participants.

NAVOTKARSH

Navotkarsh, an Inter-school Competition that unfolded within the institution’s belief that a school is a vessel of tomorrow. Gurugram’s first Space Lab, inaugurated by Chairman Shri Anil Pandit Ji, along with guest of honour Mr. Sushant Sachan (Founder and Chief at Zunpulse) and Mr. Bhavik Khurana (KIDEX Head, Strategic Partnership). A hybrid showcase of student ingenuity in science, art, and technology, the competition featured a Solar Explorer Model exhibit, cultural programs, and a platform for students to think creatively. With over 20 schools participating, Navotkarsh was a triumph of knowledge, skills, and collaboration.

SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION

Laburnum Public School kindled the fervor of “Khelo Ka MAHASANGRAM” its annual sports week on November 28, 2023, with a grand opening ceremony. Welcoming school Chairman Shri Anil Pandit Ji with a ceremonial pot symbolizing unity, the day commenced with a festive “Welcome Song” and spiritual “Ganesh Vandana.” Disciplined March Past, an Oath-taking ceremony, and the symbolic Torch Lighting embodied sportsmanship. School Principal, Dr. Bhavna Chibber emphasized teamwork and fair play. Various sport events like Chocolate Race (Nur.) Biscuit Race (LKG, UKG), Monkey Race ( I and II), Skipping Rope, 50,100 Mtrs. Race, hurdle race, Tug of war and other events were held during sports week Culminating on December 3, the closing ceremony featured spirited march-pasts, thrilling track events, and cultural performances. Principal, Dr. Bhavna Chibber expressed gratitude, concluding with the National Anthem, instilling unity and patriotism.
